Responsibilities
- Analyze, validate, and manage large scale incidents
- Monitor the health of applications and/or services as the first level of IT
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication with various stakeholders
- Actively participate and moderate in daily management discussions
- Manage and ensure compliance with tasks assigned
- Minimum of 1-year of professional experience in User Support role
- Knowledge of the company's internal systems and applications including STL, PDC, PEC, ORION, SGT, TIENDA
- Proficiency in IT tools such as SMAX, Dynatrace, SQL/PL, Kibana
- Capability to interact with groups, providing visibility and reporting on tasks affecting Call Center or Client operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think and execute tasks simply
- Experience in Issue Management
