We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will help in optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while learning and growing within our collaborative environment. This role involves the development, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.

• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Support marketing campaign implementation by configuring email templates, automations, and customer journeys
• Utilize AMPScript for email personalization and to create dynamic content
• Help integrate data from diverse sources into Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate data flows for robust campaign execution
• Manage subscriber lists, data extensions, and segmentation to aid targeted marketing efforts
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Marketing Cloud platform issues
• Monitor campaigns and automations to guarantee optimal function and make adjustments as directed
• Collaborate with senior developers and team members, participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance collective expertise
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developments and configurations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or active enrollment in such a program
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in AMPScript for email personalization and dynamic content generation
• Background in HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
• Excellent problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
• Effective collaboration and communication skills

• Experience implementing complex workflows within Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to API integrations and data management tools in a cloud environment
