We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Manual Tester to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our healthcare payer services systems through meticulous manual testing. This role requires a strong foundation in various aspects of healthcare payer services and the ability to conduct functional testing effectively.

Responsibilities
- Master healthcare payer services including enrollments, provider functionalities, broker services, benefits, and claims processing
- Perform thorough functional testing to confirm the systems' accuracy, reliability, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Create detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios informed by healthcare payer services requirements
- Validate data accuracy using core healthcare data concepts
- Execute test plans to spot defects and inconsistencies and collaborate with teams to address the issues
- Maintain and manage comprehensive test documentation ensuring clear reporting
- Keep updated with industry regulations and ensure system and data compliance
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to meet testing goals and project deadlines
- Support ongoing efforts to enhance testing processes and tools

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing
- Knowledge of healthcare payer services such as enrollment, provider functionalities, and claims processing
- Proficiency in defect management, provider management, developing test cases and test estimations
- Strong understanding of functional testing
- Experience in preparing comprehensive test plans and documentation
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry compliance and data security requirements
- Proactive in process improvement initiatives for better testing efficiency
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
