Junior Data Migration Analyst

We are seeking a Data Migration Analyst with an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail to join our dynamic team.
This role involves managing the transformation, validation, and migration of critical data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, leveraging Excel and other systems like Flex to handle Material Master Data, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and Cost Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration and validation, ensuring exceptional accuracy and consistency
• Transform and validate complex datasets using advanced Excel functionalities
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones to meet critical project deadlines
• Maintain stringent data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle
• Manage data entry into systems like Flex, focusing on Material Master Data, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Cost Sheets
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Coordinate data template exchange with suppliers and internal teams primarily via email
• Deliver accurate data within tight project timelines

• 1-2 years of experience in data migration or data management
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective cross-cultural communication
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and macros
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Material Master Data, BOMs, and Cost Sheets within a manufacturing setting
• Experience managing data migration projects
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
• Flexibility to work shifts supporting US time zones (MDT/MST)
