We are seeking a Java Kotlin Developer to join our team in building a brand-agnostic EG Checkout platform using a server-driven UI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining all server-side network components, ensuring optimal performance of the central database, and responding to front-end requests.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front-end developers on server-side logic and respond to requests
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Develop back-end components and effective APIs
- Integrate user-oriented elements using server-side logic
- Create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implement secure applications
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Design and implement data storage solutions

- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with React
- Competency in Spring, jUnit 5 (Jupiter), Stark, and Mockk frameworks
- Knowledge of package management and build tools including jFrog Artifactory, Maven, and Gradle
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git and Perforce
- Experience working with IntelliJ IDE
- Background in database management and optimization with AWS solutions and DynamoDB
- Understanding of gRPC communication protocol
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling applications
- Expertise in maintaining code quality using tools like Detekt and Jacoco
