- Guide other engineers in the design of software that is easily maintainable, testable, and observable using Java technologies
- 2+ years of experience in Java software development
- Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot stack
- Experience with AWS
- Skills in CI/CD using Jenkins
- Familiarity with GitHub
- Understanding of software development tools
- Capability to work collaboratively within and outside the direct organization
- Flexibility to connect different Java components to form a fully functional solution to business problems
- Competency in testing, monitoring, and alerting for Java applications
- Background in advocating for system resilience and scalability in Java projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
