Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for wide range of Tech positions (Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Sr/ Lead Engineers, DevOps and etc. )
- Use several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, job boards, internal database and etc. ) for sourcing
- Create complex searches and innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talents
- Create a wide Talent pool
- Communicate with candidates daily
- Work closely with recruiters and other team members
- Create market mapping and competitors analysis
- Analyze requirements to determine relevant profiles
- Provide regular status updates on sourcing results for open positions

- 6+ months of experience in IT sourcing
- English proficiency: Strong intermediate level or above, in both writing and speaking
- Knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative search techniques
- Capability to meet tight deadlines and respond swiftly
- Confident, coachable and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Result oriented person
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
