As the IT Service Owner (ITSO) for the Campaign Manager Tool, you will be responsible for running and maintaining the software application in an agile setting while working on the BSI suite. During delivery of new features, you will ensure proper implementation of non-functional requirements together with the Application Responsible and System Architect and coordinate the transition into UAT and Production environments. You will also discuss and communicate changes and upgrades with the vendor, BSI, itself. You will be working in an agile team together with colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

Responsibilities
- Own the requirements definition for the local solution operation (e.g. performance, capacity, availability, disaster recovery)
- Oversee the definition and management of the local service operation, the Service Level Agreements (internal and towards third-party service providers)
- Review the Solution, Infrastructure and Service Continuity/Availability Design to fulfil the defined local operational requirements
- Problem & Incident Management (operations & processes)
- Act as subject matter expert for the projects and coordinate transition and burn-in phase
- Provide Go / No Go recommendation for IT Service Changes (Deployment) from IT Service Operation Point of view based on UAT and ORT, gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service
- Align with Release Manager on deployments into UAT and production environments
- Provision requirements, specifications and test cases for non-functional requirements to change
- Participate in weekend work shifts (it might be required occasionally and compensated according to local rules)
- Relevant higher education and professional background within IT industry
- Experience in maintaining and operating an IT Service/Solution, preferably with a MOTS product
- 3rd and 2nd Level Support experience
- Tech-stack experience: Java and REST interfaces, Oracle/Postgres, Linux
- Release and Product Lifecycle Management experience
- Self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude
- Analytical and conceptual thinking style
- Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts few times per year
- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Banking knowledge would be a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
- Very good communication skills, being able to communicate in native or very fluent English
- German language is a plus
