Integrations Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Integrations Team Lead to manage and guide a team of integration developers.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement advanced integration solutions using Apigee X and Google Application Integration technologies. This position requires expertise in integration architectures, APIs, and cloud-based integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of integration developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Create scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions utilizing Apigee X and Google Application Integration technologies
• Align with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and stakeholders, to collect requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Define and implement API management strategies, encompassing API design, security, and governance through Apigee X and GAI
• Apply Google Application Integration services like Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud Data Transfer, and Cloud Dataflow to design advanced data pipelines and workflows
• Monitor integration solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability via testing and optimization
• Keep abreast of evolving trends, technologies, and practices within the integration and API ecosystem
• Drive team growth by identifying areas for process improvement, sharing knowledge, and initiating training programs

• Google Application Integration practical experience is a MUST
• Background in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions with 5+ years of experience, emphasizing Apigee X and Google Application Integration technologies
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project success
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, with competency in scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell
• Understanding of API management principles, including secure API design and governance
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure
• Knowledge of data integration techniques such as ETL, ELT, and data transformation strategies
• Background in agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
