IAM Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Design robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems like Coupa and Salesforce
• Manage API development to facilitate integration and enhance functionality across different systems
• Administer all phases of identity solutions lifecycle management, from onboarding to maintenance and eventual offboarding
• Develop IAM policies that address security, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth project execution
• Monitor IAM system performance and execute enhancements as needed
• Perform risk assessments and conduct security audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Proficient understanding of SailPoint for IAM solutions and integration with third-party applications
• Background in API development using programming languages such as Java or Python
• Knowledge of identity federation and Single Sign-On technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Competency in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Expertise in security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization
• Qualifications in directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving abilities and project management capabilities
• Fluency in English
