Currently, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Lithuania. You will be accountable for our benefits package, newcomer's adaptation process, administration of internal processes and reports, as well as other HR-related processes based on business needs and your interests.
Your title in the employment contract will be People Operations Specialist.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding process - lead new hire orientation and adaptation process
  • Mandatory trainings completion management
  • Keep internal HR trainings up to date
  • Help to identify people management related issues and work with Managers and Business Partners to solve them
  • Be point of contact for employees regarding internal policies, processes and tools
  • Review and update organization's Internal Rules & Procedures and other sources of internal information and communicate as necessary
  • Assist in implementation of various HR-related projects and programs based on business need and your interests
  • Support with administration of vacation requests and personnel reports
  • You can always propose and take new responsibilities, we will be ready to help and provide conditions needed to achieve business result

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR field - HR generalist or HR operations
  • Experience with new joiners' onboarding, adaptation and employee engagement programs
  • Understanding of core HR processes and their business value
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Lithuanian skills
  • Ability to establish and strengthen positive work culture
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness skills
  • Confident in using standard Office Software (Excel, Word, Power point) and curious to learn new tools

Salary range €2.3K-€2.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
