Responsibilities
- Validate, analyze, and manage individual incidents and potential mass-related issues
- Monitor the operational health of services and applications
- Foster clear and fluid communication with all incident management stakeholders
- Actively participate in daily management tasks, offering effective solutions
- Handle and follow up on assigned tasks to meet deadlines
- Customer service background with a minimum of 2 years in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Competency in Oracle PL/SQL with at least 1 year of experience
- Qualifications in Kibana
- Skills in effective incident analysis and management
- Understanding of application and service monitoring practices
- Capability to promote efficient communication
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and new needs
- Analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
