Responsibilities
- Design, build, and oversee cloud initiatives, delivering best-in-class solutions for clients
- Stay ahead of trends, opportunities, and challenges in clients' markets and regions, and understand their impact on clients' businesses and initiatives
- Engage with client stakeholders Identify and capitalize on new cloud-related revenue opportunities, develop and support account plans focused on growth and client satisfaction
- Maintain a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of technology, customer needs, and business goals
- Mentor and coach both clients and internal teams to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed Cloud strategy
- Drive cloud strategy projects, assessments, solution designs, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
- Foster effective communication with key internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Solution Experts, and Delivery Leaders
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop Cloud aligned account development plans
- Scope and price engagements, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery
- Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Cloud opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients
- 5+ years of experience leading cloud transformation projects and managing client relationships in a consulting environment
- Passionate and knowledgeable in cloud-native development, transformation and migration offerings across key cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Strong track record of successfully managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and drive actionable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at senior levels
