Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate the Genesys voice platform to meet client requirements
- Create technical specification documents and develop source code to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare unit tests, integration test plans, and manage releases
- Take ownership of system integrations, as well as the maintenance and support of contact center components
- Utilize your expertise in historical and real-time reporting to provide valuable insights
- As a subject matter expert, possess at least 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Engage on-prem
- Have a solid understanding of Genesys version 8.x, Genesys SIP Server, and GVP. Integration experience with Cisco TServer is a plus. Familiarity with IRD Routing Strategy development for voice and async channels such as email
- Possess knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration
- Familiarity with eServices and/or iWD is highly desired
- Have experience with Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, Workspace Desktop Edition, and Workforce Optimization
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of architecture, design solutions, security principles, and network/communications platforms
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE programming is a plus
- German language skills are a significant advantage
