Responsibilities

• Act as the forefront of strategic Salesforce deployments across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring smooth and successful implementations in each country
• Offer exceptional support to our users, proactively addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise
• Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Configuration, to optimize our CRM and drive business efficiency
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments and countries, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to equip users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Salesforce
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall Salesforce ecosystem

• Solid experience as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementations
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Configuration
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with key stakeholders in the Chinese market
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders
• Willingness to work across different time zones within the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, Australia, South Korea and India
