We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Subcontractors Operations unit (CIS team) to make the team even stronger. In this position, you are going to work with Business Partnering Services (BPS) - the part of EPAM's Global Finance department, responsible for administrative and financial functions in terms of the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM clients. You will join the team of 300+ specialists to support business growth.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor agreements, verify invoices, and review timesheets and rate cards
  • Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, EPAM departments, and project staff
  • Enter and control data in internal EPAM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the cost accounting process, including month-end closure activities, data analysis, reporting, and commentary
  • Design and improve subcontractor processes, offering guidance on the contractor lifecycle within EPAM
  • Maintain and update guides, manuals, and internal instructions as required
  • Provide requested information for audit support

  • 3+ years of work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Completed higher education, preferably in finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles
  • Familiarity with CIS local accounting practices
  • Excellent skills in using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Experience working with 1C reports
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English, at least an Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Showcase of analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle large datasets, multitask, and meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Competency in clearly communicating ideas and data insights
  • Capacity to assess challenges, offer solutions, and manage stress under pressure
