We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Facilities Manager to join our vibrant team.
This role will focus on managing office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and be adept at financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local Office Management team
  • Manage office space capacity aligning with business needs
  • Oversee facilities operations to deliver top-notch service to employees
  • Ensure local physical security compliance to maintain a secure work environment
  • Handle vendor management including tendering, selection and supplier management
  • Take charge of audit processes including preparation, ownership and participation
  • Plan and execute office management tasks for optimal financial resource usage
  • Execute directives from the direct leader
  • Adhere to corporate rules, policies and working instructions

  • Several years of hands-on experience as a Facilities Manager with capability to work independently
  • Proven proficiency in financial, contract, and communication management
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management with a knack for negotiating and influencing, including at senior levels
  • Background in managing compliance, audit processes and secure environments setup
  • Proactive, professional demeanor with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload while maintaining stringent attention to detail
