We are seeking an Engineering Manager and Solution Architect who will closely collaborate with customer stakeholders and lead offshore teams in the active development and support of products.
The successful candidate will create or oversee the creation of technical solution documentation and provide engineering supervision across various streams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and offshore teams to align project objectives
- Lead the creation and management of technical solution documentation
- Provide engineering supervision for product and staff augmentation streams
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Enhance development and technical design processes within the team
- Oversee a distributed team of 5+ engineers, fostering a productive working environment
- Coordinate closely with other solution architects and onshore development teams
- Contribute to micro-service architectural design in collaboration with the technical team
- Manage and optimize customer relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Adjust working schedule for better alignment with offshore teams' time zones (EET/CET)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Engineering Management and people management skills
- Proficiency in leading distributed engineering teams
- Solid experience with Java, AWS, and micro-services architecture
- Background in JavaScript and familiarity with offshore teams from UA / BY cultural background
- Knowledge of solution architecture with the capability to read and contribute to architectural documentation
- Experience with customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills
- Additional qualifications in Java and JavaScript
