Responsibilities
- Maintain the Dynatrace Environment with Best Practices and Standards
- Build and configure new monitoring capabilities utilizing the Dynatrace platform
- Work on developing and innovating best practices and processes used for supporting the Dynatrace platform
- Assist with building out the knowledge base and documentation related to the Dynatrace platform
- Work directly with the client application development and ECC teams
- Ensure utmost quality of the service is delivered
- Be technically sound in admin and operational activities of Dynatrace Platform
- Work with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements

- At least 4 years' experience in working with development/Operations team
- At least 4 years' hands-on experience on Dynatrace, Splunk and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools
- Experience in Dynatrace production administration, application team onboarding, Dashboard & report creation, problem and alert customization and automation
- Good working knowledge in Dynatrace integration with tools like Servicenow
- Good knowledge in alert monitoring, perform health checks, trouble-shooting issues, perform escalation, managing bridge calls, perform root cause analysis and document knowledge articles
- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and building deployment pipelines on the cloud
- Knowledge on Windows and Linux OS, infrastructure and platform management, networking, AWS, IT troubleshooting, automation, microservices, Advanced AI Ops implementation, and data analytical skills would be a value add
- Understanding of the application and web security controls, TCP/IP concepts, firewalls, and database preferred
- Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools etc
- Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
- Dynatrace Certified Associate is required. Dynatrace Professional Certification is a plus
