Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery and projects for a prestigious client
- Assess the current state of the client's digital project, program, and portfolio practices
- Direct day-to-day operations for large-scale program teams, including external vendors and partner organizations
- Develop complex project plans, capture dependencies and deliverables, and track teams against the plan
- Host regular meetings to share updates and address changes in plans
- Define scope clearly across the entire program
- Establish communication strategies to enable transparent reporting and structured escalation
- Prepare and update documentation pertinent to program and project management
- Align business objectives with metrics, measurement, and reporting processes
- Gather input from stakeholders to specify and clarify requirements
- Collaborate with the client and Account Management teams to strategize according to a roadmap
- Partner with Project Management to outline an actionable plan to achieve business goals
- Visit client sites to perform program management duties

- 15+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience related to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of the digital consulting field
- Proven history managing multiple projects simultaneously with diverse touchpoints across various levels
- Background in working across different disciplines to ensure successful delivery aligned with EPAM solutions
- Expertise in communication and presentation
- Competency in stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving
- Capability to think and perform with agility toward achieving objectives

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$170,000 - CA$200,000.
