Responsibilities
- Comprehensively grasp the context of features to efficiently deconstruct, devise, and refine user stories with development team members, defining both functional and non-functional requirements and criteria for user story acceptance
- Conduct team ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and system demonstrations for the development team
- Spearhead the timely, budget-conscious, and quality-compliant delivery of products as per the Product Management team's standards
- Effectively relay progress and results to stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Aid in change management by supplying relevant context and information during shifts in project direction
- Confirm and approve the team's outputs, ensuring compliance with the User Story Acceptance Criteria for feature approval
- Prioritize tasks for the development team, integrating product feedback to optimize investment returns
- Promptly pinpoint, communicate, and escalate risks and challenges, devising innovative solutions to ensure on-time project completion
- Quickly identify and mitigate dependencies and obstacles to preserve project flow
- Produce regular project status reports, emphasizing accomplishments, risks, forthcoming steps, and overall project or product health
- Lead teams indirectly, ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines in a cooperative manner
- Develop, sustain, and enforce productive team workflows
- Uphold precise tool maintenance to accurately reflect team efforts, including User Story management, team backlogs, and dashboards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in roles such as a Delivery Manager or similar
- Proven track record of managing sizable teams or projects with significant business impact
- Involvement in at least 10 projects or the launch of 3+ products or significant product features to the market, including ongoing maintenance and customer support post-launch
- Sharp analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing or collaborating with fully remote teams
- Dynamic problem-solving skills, with a talent for quickly recognizing and addressing issues
- Advanced proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Experience in enhancing customer experience or mapping customer journeys
- Awareness of current industry trends and technological advancements in product management
