Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle delivery engagements with teams of 70+ FTEs
- Govern project delivery effectively with all stakeholder involvement
- Resolve complicated engineering issues while maintaining quality and adhering to timelines
- Ensure excellence in the design, coding, and overall solutions
- Take full responsibility for the entire customer experience in terms of delivery
- Mentor and develop talent among delivery leads and managers
- Advocate for and implement the best engineering processes and practices
- Ensure optimal management of the business end of solutions to maximize value delivery
- Foster a robust team environment and guide teams to understand and cater to customer needs efficiently

- 12+ years of IT experience
- 8+ years in managerial roles such as Manager, Owner, or Coordinator
- Involvement in at least 10 projects or experience launching 3+ products or key product capabilities to the market
- Demonstrated capability to manage delivery engagements effectively shared across high-profile teams
- Proven governance skills over project delivery involving multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in handling complex engineering challenges with focus on quality and timeliness
- Current knowledge in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions emphasizing continuous delivery/deployment pipelines
- Skills in managing outcome-based setups with strict adherence to timelines and commitments
- Experience in handling customer escalations, contracts, and team rotations effectively
- Exceptional ability to identify customer needs and adept at driving closure to customer issues
- Proven capabilities to build strong, cooperative team environments
- Proficient English skills at C1 level
- Familiarity with best practices in CI/CD tooling
