Director, Delivery Management

We are looking for a Director of Delivery Management responsible for overseeing the complete life cycle of projects from start to finish.
This position will involve leading project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring consistency with both organizational objectives and client needs.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality completion of projects, fulfilling quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Establish projects from scratch, implementing frameworks, and creating effective communication and monitoring systems
• Navigate projects through changes by applying necessary modifications to improve outcomes
• Foster and keep long-term customer relationships by identifying their requirements and delivering continuous value
• Promote additional services or products to increase the company's value offering
• Manage change and ambiguity by revising strategies as required
• Broker agreements via skilled negotiation and conflict management
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee high-quality outputs and adherence to software engineering standards
• Develop knowledge of the company's operational, financial, and strategic dimensions
• Show involvement in important roles such as Project Manager or Scrum Master

• Background in project coordination, scrum mastering, or delivery management, with over 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
• Proficiency in establishing project structures, rules, and procedures
• Capability to boost organizational value through effective upselling
• Skills in managing change and maintaining adaptability in project management
• Understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company
• Competency in creating and preserving lasting customer relationships
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and modify strategies as necessary
• Qualifications in project delivery and meeting stakeholder requirements
• Showcase of effective negotiation abilities and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related product management activities

• Documented participation in Discovery or Proof of Concept phases
• Background in backlog management
• Deep understanding of product vision and scope adjustments
