As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice and working collaboratively with our highly skilled and experienced engineering teams & domain experts you will play a vital role in shaping innovative solutions to our clients across the region.

Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Analyst or Consultant on client assignments, deciphering the Client's business needs into actionable requirements for the development team
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to extract requirements and provide updates & suggestions
- Offer expertise in business process transformation to aid clients in understanding their current operations and developing efficient target processes considering client personas and constraints
- Guide Clients through the optimal combination of technologies, solutions, and services to enhance business value
- Aid in pre-sales discovery and analysis to propel EPAM in delivering exceptional products and services to our clients
- Proficiency in French (Must have)
- Background in end-to-end delivery of at least 1 software delivery project
- Capability to adopt an Agile mindset, with an understanding of other development methodologies
- Expertise in business process mapping and transformation initiatives, demonstrating measurable benefits achieved
- Competency to support business case development, clearly linking to business strategy and benefits
- Capability to shape opportunities and projects by understanding overarching business needs and the impact of technology, transitioning smoothly into project delivery
- Background in supporting a sales environment and business development, including the ability to champion ideas internally
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
