- HCCS: A service that enables the analysis of Docker images, providing detailed insights into their compliance with security standards (e.g., CVEs and Malware) and intellectual property (e.g., licenses)

- Handle end-user requests by providing technical support and guidance
- Consult on matters related to backing services and documentation
- Conduct incident response, root cause investigation and troubleshooting
- Monitor and address infrastructure performance issues to ensure system reliability
- Assist team members by offering guidance that will help enhance their skills
- Engage actively in team communications, contributing to meetings and discussions
- Create and update technical and user documentation
- Employ scripting skills to automate processes and increase operational efficiency
- Provide 24/7 support for 10 days each month to ensure assistance is always at hand
- 2+ years of working experience in CI/CD landscape operations or SRE
- Background in providing technical support and guidance
- Understanding of Splunk Dashboards
- Expertise in resolving CI/CD challenges proficiently using Jenkins and GitHub
- Ability to read and understand codebases in Node.js, Java, Go or Python
