We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Georgia, capable of attending our Tbilisi/Batumi offices twice a month.
As part of our Tools Team, you will focus on CI/CD landscape operations and SRE within the Software & Internet domain, ensuring optimal service management and infrastructure performance.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Technologies
- HCCS: A service that enables the analysis of Docker images, providing detailed insights into their compliance with security standards (e.g., CVEs and malware) and intellectual property (e.g., licenses)
- SVM: A centralized platform for aggregating open-source software vulnerabilities detected by tools like Protecode, WhiteSource, and BlackDuck
- secBOM: A solution that offers engineering teams simplified and actionable updates to secure versions of their open-source dependencies

- Handle end-user requests by providing technical support and guidance
- Troubleshoot and consult on issues related to supporting services and documentation
- Conduct incident response, root cause investigation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor and address infrastructure performance issues to ensure system reliability
- Assist team members by offering technical support and guidance to enhance their skills
- Engage actively in team communications, contributing to meetings and discussions
- Create and update technical and user documentation
- Employ scripting skills to automate processes and increase operational efficiency
- Provide 24/7 support for 10 days each month
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in CI/CD landscape operations or SRE
- Experience in troubleshooting general issues
- Background in providing technical support and guidance
- Understanding of Splunk Dashboards
- Expertise in troubleshooting CI/CD issues using Jenkins and GitHub
- Ability to read and understand codebases in Node.js, Java, Go, or Python
