DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Tools team.
This role involves overseeing the CI/CD landscape Ops and SRE within the software and internet domain. Our ideal candidate will maintain system stability, optimize deployment processes, and ensure the system's security while collaborating with team members to drive project success.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain system stability by monitoring and resolving any arising issues
  • Troubleshoot environment conflicts for smooth operations
  • Optimize application deployment and management using containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Enhance the software delivery process with a strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Automate tasks and streamline workflow using scripting languages
  • Implement common security practices to protect the integrity of the system
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with team members and vendors
  • Keep stakeholders informed with updates and progress reports
  • Support end-users and swiftly resolve issues they encounter
  • Contribute to project planning and decision-making in cross-functional meetings

  • Expertise in DevOps with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Competency in using containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • Skills in scripting languages
  • Background in common security practices
  • Capability to participate in on-call support 24/7 during 7-10 days per month on a passive basis unless activated
