We are seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate with architects to bring the digital product vision to life, ensure the implementation adheres to design standards, promote high-quality engineering practices, foster a quality assurance culture, and mentor junior engineers. Your expertise will play a vital role in improving performance metrics, participating in company-wide tech projects, and assisting in the hiring process within the DevOps team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects to deploy DevOps solutions using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Ensure CI/CD, infrastructure, and container management designs are followed while identifying improvement opportunities
- Promote engineering practices that fulfill business and user needs
- Cultivate a quality assurance culture using SonarQube and Artifactory
- Develop and manage automated testing and deployment processes
- Monitor performance and quality metrics, seeking enhancements
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and aid in their skill development with AWS, Vault, and Terraform
- Participate in major tech initiatives and transformations throughout the company
- Identify and prioritize fixations for technical debts within DevOps
- Contribute to recruiting and selection processes to strengthen the DevOps team

- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar
- Proficiency in Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development
- Skilled in Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery
- Competency in Terraform for infrastructure as code, automating cloud resource management, and security checks with Checkov
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Strong background in Node.js for application development and deployment
- Knowledge of Artifactory for artifact repository and dependency management
- Experience in using HashiCorp Vault for secret management
- Extensive expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Understanding of SonarQube for continuous code quality and security vulnerability inspection
