We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with expertise in Java/.Net technologyto lead and ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, profound knowledge of Agile methodologies, and exceptional leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Provide end-to-end delivery management within high-growth environments
• Lead software development projects ensuring seamless operations and adherence to Agile practices
• Use communication, presentation, and planning skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrate competency in leading solution architecture and technical architecture initiatives
• Employ Engineering Best Practices, CI/CD, and various tools associated with branching, merging, and quality gates
• Oversee the project/product development life cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage project P&L, revenue, and margin optimization
• Proactively manage people and foster a collaborative team environment
• Uphold strong organizational, leadership skills, and stakeholder management capabilities to achieve project goals

• 15+ years of IT experience
• 6+ years of project management experience with end-to-end delivery
• 5+ years of experience in product development
• Background in Java, MS.Net, or Salesforce development
• Strong experience in executing projects using Agile methodology
• Proficiency in software development and architecture-related tasks
• Skills in solution architecture including a detailed understanding of the components involved
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies
• Knowledge of financial aspects of account/project management such as P&L, revenue, and margin
• Strong people management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Experience leading cross-continental software transformation projects
