We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing delivery engagements end-to-end, ensuring high quality and timely execution while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end management of delivery engagements for teams of 20-50+ FTEs linked with high visibility and high-impact projects
- Oversee the delivery across all stakeholders and ensure complicated engineering issues are efficiently handled
- Guarantee the quality of design, code, and overall solutions
- Facilitate mentoring and talent development programs specifically tailored for delivery leads and managers
- Advocate, negotiate and implement the best engineering processes and practices
- Drive engagements effectively to maintain high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
- Deliver on hard commitments and fixed timelines according to outcome-based setups
- Handle customer escalations, contract issues, and team rotations seamlessly

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years in leadership roles such as Delivery Manager, Team Lead, or Project Manager
- Proven ability to manage complex delivery engagements from inception to completion
- Expertise in overseeing project delivery and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in handling complex engineering problems and ensuring timely quality delivery
- Experience with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
- Skills in identifying customer needs and driving issues to closure
- Strong capability to build and maintain a cohesive team environment
- Competency in coaching and mentoring team members to understand customer needs and requirements
- Experience in tailoring solutions and negotiating best practices
- Familiarity with outcome-based delivery setups
- Demonstrated ability to manage high stakes escalations and contract negotiations
