Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process for projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and resources
- Conduct post-project evaluations to drive improvements
- Support team development and performance management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Delivery Management
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with project management software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Experience with Agile project management frameworks
