We are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager with experience in designing and developing innovative digital solutions that solve complex business problems to join our team in India. We need experienced engineers who can contribute to critical application and product development projects. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment, coupled with your leadership in implementing best practices, will be instrumental in shaping and achieving business requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the digital transformation program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Keep customer and EPAM DC status up to date and accurate
• Act as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
• Provide strategic direction and tactical oversight to drive the transformation of legacy mainframe systems into modern digital solutions
• Prepare and own project plans, including timelines and estimates
• Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, & maintenance
• Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions
• Serve as a bridge between various internal teams (development, QA, architecture, business analysis) and vendor partners
• Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple streams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts
• Maintain regular and transparent status reporting to EPAM leadership and customer stakeholders
• Leverage your deep technical background to guide teams on both current state challenges and future state solutions
• Drive process improvements, ensuring that agile methodologies and best practices are consistently applied
• Contribute to the development of technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment on deliverables
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and adjust plans as necessary to meet business objectives
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation
• Promote cross-training and knowledge sharing to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle evolving challenges

• 15+ years of experience in software industry
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in coding
• 4+ years' project management experience with end-to-end delivery
• Strong understanding of software development; Java background is a must
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology
• Strong experience with HLD & LLD

• Experience in Banking/Healthcare/Automotive/Retail domain
