Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder's alignment towards joint goals
- Define success criteria and measurement strategy
- Proactively identify and manage risks
- Orchestrate all parties toward success
- Apply business acumen for challenges resolution
- Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live and post-production
- Facilitate the requirements gathering process & discovery
- Interface daily with the customer as the primary point of contact
- Proactively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
- Prioritize issues and resolve bottlenecks
- Increase Engineering Excellence by setting a quality pipeline and development practices
- Mentor and coach project team members while ensuring a positive, collaborative work environment
- 5+ years of Delivery/Project management experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- A "Can do" attitude cultivated by a self-motivated approach
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Experience leading distributed teams up to 20 people
- Understanding of team performance and productivity, product scalability, and data-driven approaches in Delivery Management
- Handling of constant changes with ease and ensuring stakeholder and team satisfaction
- Background in production environments delivering enterprise-level solutions in fields such as digital, cloud, AI
- Ability to set up Dev/QA/BA processes applying best practices
- English level - Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+) or higher, Fluent in Lithuanian
