We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with substantial experience in managing NoSQL databases.
Our team collaborates closely with the coustomer to provide outstanding support and automation, adhering to infrastructure-as-a-code principles. The successful candidate will support MongoDB and other NoSQL databases across various environments including production, development, and testing.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain NoSQL databases and distributed client/server systems
- Lead technical initiatives and provide database maintenance for MongoDB platforms
- Address data conflicts and manage data usage effectively with Developers/Users
- Provide high availability (HA) implementation and support
- Utilize performance analysis tools to monitor KPIs such as I/O, latency, QPS, and TPS
- Manage the installation, configuration, and upkeep of multiple NoSQL clusters
- Ensure optimal database performance for cost efficiency
- Design and troubleshoot database backup and recovery systems
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for data restoration at alternative sites

- Minimum 2 years in administering high-load NoSQL environments
- Expertise in MongoDB replication, sharding, scaling, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery
- Skills in conducting backup and recovery operations
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher
- Familiarity with AWS services including Elastic Compute, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache
- Experience with MongoDB Atlas
- Qualifications in Linux configuration and performance optimization
- Competency in automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI, and Team City
- Knowledge of CloudFormation and Python, along with hands-on experience using Terraform for managing both on-prem and SaaS databases
