We are looking for a skilled Data Science Manager to join our team and drive the delivery of AI and Data Cloud Solutions. As part of our AI Factory Governance team, you will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to enhance our AI delivery framework. You will leverage your expertise in data structures, databases, and ETL tools to optimize AI processes and ensure compliance with security and ethical standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to AI innovation in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive and implement continuous improvements in AI Factory delivery framework
- Apply (SAFe) Agile operational standards and best practices to maximize efficiency gains and returns on AI investments
- Act as a Data Science/ Data Engineering subject matter expert for the AI Factory Governance team
- Collaborate closely with AI Factory Product Owners to collect and address their needs and requirements and ensure alignment
- Ensure the compliance of AI Factory solutions with security and AI Ethics/ DPP/ Legal/ Works Council requirements
- Facilitate the quarterly AI Factory planning
- Contribute to AI Factory operational KPIs reporting and drive KPIs improvement
- Contribute to the creation of reusable and enablement assets in context of AI Factory
- Educate customers and stakeholders about AI/ ML

- Bachelor's or master's degree in machine learning, computer science, engineering or related technical fields
- Work with a team of AI Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Product Owners
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand SAP business processes
- Good understanding of agile team practice & methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Solid understanding of AI/ ML concepts including MLOps, technologies and cloud technologies/ frameworks such as Jupyter, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, SAP BTP, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV)
- Experience in variety of Python libraries and Machine Learning frameworks (Numpy, Pandas, Keras, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, gensim, etc)
- Interest in business process engineering and modeling
- Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM
- Ability to take ownership of one's work and collaborate with others
