Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions, providing both technical leadership and strategic direction
• Design and deploy responsible AI systems, customizing solutions to client needs through meticulous planning and robust evaluation strategies
• Champion the adoption of AI across various organizational departments, initiating new products and solutions
• Analyze client business challenges and illustrate how ML/AI solutions can address these effectively
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers, providing leadership and mentorship to enhance team capabilities
• Monitor emerging trends in ML/AI technology, advocating for innovative practices that comply with regulatory standards
• Facilitate communication and coordination among business, legal, and tech stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions
• Develop ML solutions, oversee project scopes, and manage teams from the sales process through to project delivery
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication
• Engage with senior-level client stakeholders to promote the adoption of AI throughout their organizations
• Support sales and pre-sales efforts, evaluating data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and developing proposal presentations

• At least 8 years of experience in IT with a substantial background in Data Science
• Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid environments
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams of at least 20 members
• Participation in at least 5 full project cycles or major product launches
• Extensive leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI
• Proven track record in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and various ML models
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to obtain project support or funding
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into viable ML/AI solutions
• Experience working in highly regulated industries or in regulatory technology roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Advanced proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and relationship building

• Additional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Experience in public speaking or leading workshops on AI-related topics
