Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Facilitate communication to ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Work independently with stakeholders to remove obstacles and roadblocks
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining project scope and timelines
- Create Business Requirement Documents and high-level solution design documentation
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, aligning with Finance Data and Analytics goals
- Develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps to track progress and mitigate risks
- Drive the creation of data and reporting solutions alongside data and business intelligence teams
- Monitor project outcomes and evaluate the success of data initiatives through feedback
- Implement Analytics and Reporting solutions, including Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
- Build Business Intelligence solutions using SQL or similar query languages
- Visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or reporting tools
- Query database tables to assess data state and confirm business scenarios
- Provide guidance to developers on code and design as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting from a coding perspective

- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Experience in data delivery management with a focus on project management
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Background in implementing analytics and reporting solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools
- Understanding of data warehousing and data integration principles
- Ability to visualize business data through various reporting tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
