We are seeking an experienced Data Product Management Consultant to help our client establish and enhance their data product development capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with BI development teams to provide guidance and education on best practices, build internal product development processes, and ensure alignment between data products and business objectives for optimized user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Support product owners and the client's product delivery teams, and guide them through all steps of the end-to-end data product management process, including alignment with business objectives, user needs, and operational efficiency
- Help with designing and documenting the product management process, such as feature evaluation and prioritization, stakeholder involvement, etc
- Support the vision and roadmap for data products
- Work closely with the business liaison and other future users of the product to identify their pain points and design the product solution
- Collaborate with engineering, development, and data science teams to define data product requirements
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user feedback
- Oversee the development and release of data products
- Monitor and optimize the operational performance of data products
- Define and track performance KPIs for data product success

- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles
- Solid understanding of the business context and processes
- Excellent knowledge of data and data product management principles and processes
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in defining product epics and roadmap features
- Ability to translate high-level product vision into detailed technical plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
