We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Modeler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support our data integration, analytics, and reporting efforts. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and data engineers to ensure data models meet business needs, optimize performance, and align with enterprise data management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design logical and physical data models for OLTP and OLAP systems
  • Develop optimized database structures to support analytics use cases
  • Adhere to data governance and compliance standards for data quality, security, and privacy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and translate into effective models
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and associated metadata
  • Work alongside ETL teams to ensure alignment between data models and integration solutions
  • Improve database performance through effective indexing, partitioning, and query tuning

  • 3+ years of experience in database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques
  • Competency in SQL and database management systems
  • Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data security principles
  • Skills in Databricks, Databricks Unity Catalog
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
