We are looking for a Data Integration Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Data Integration team in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving data integration pipelines. Your strong experience with Databricks in an AWS environment, along with expertise in Python for data integration and advanced SQL, will be crucial in driving the success of our data integration initiatives.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

- Lead and mentor the Data Integration team in the design and development of data integration pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of data integration solutions
- Implement best practices for data integration, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Drive continuous improvement in data integration processes, identifying and implementing enhancements
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality standards in data integration

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven experience in data integration and pipeline development, particularly in an AWS environment with Apache Spark, Glue, Kinesis, and S3
- Strong proficiency in Python development, including common libraries, for designing and implementing data integration solutions
- Expertise in advanced SQL, with analytical experience in writing complex queries, query optimization, and database maintenance
- Hands-on experience with source control systems like GitLab and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
- Solid understanding of Databricks for data analytics and PySpark for efficient data processing
- B2+ English level proficiency
- Work on a flexible schedule remotely or from any of our comfortable offices or coworking spaces in Ukraine
