Data Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of data-driven projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment between technical and business objectives, and drive the implementation of data strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data projects, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing data processes, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring they meet business goals and timelines
• Coordinate across teams, including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Drive the implementation of best practices in data management and delivery processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability of data solutions
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management with a focus on data-related projects
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Product Owner, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams
• Experience participating in at least two full project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects across different phases of the development lifecycle
• Strong expertise in managing data delivery processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data-related projects
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective data strategies to support business goals and improve decision-making processes
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, including identifying data patterns, quality issues, and opportunities for optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency at a C1 level or higher

• Relevant certifications in Delivery Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar credentials
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools to support data management and delivery processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks for managing data projects
