We are seeking a Data Analytical Consultant & Data Product Owner to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and their teams to shape the end-to-endproduct strategy and determine business value
  • Define and propagate the main outcomes to achieve and track progress according to established success metrics
  • Work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to decide what is the right data solution to build
  • Drive presale activities and manage consulting engagements
  • Cooperate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders so that they understand & carry the product objectives, prioritization and roadmap and so that their expectations are managed as clearly as possible
  • Keep the product backlog well prioritized, up-to-date, refined and clear
  • Understand and track the needs of our customers, in cooperation with other product teams
  • Help the team stay proactive in terms of what data could and should still be captured, integrated, processed, exposed
  • Assess availability and quality of data that are needed for the product, drive improvements plan within the client organization, be able to establish proper data governance process
  • Keep abreast of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends

  • Have experience shipping digital B2B or internal products, preferably with a heavy data component (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, BI/reporting, etc.)
  • Are data savvy to be an effective filter for initial ideas, also in terms of technical and data feasibility. You have a good understanding of and interest in data architecture, data elements, and data life cycle
  • Are analytical, thus able to swiftly distill what truly holds value and to find simple solutions. You are comfortable using metrics and data to make decisions
  • Are structured & organized, thus effective in orchestrating efforts and secure delivery
  • Always lead and convince with the why
  • Understand the power of 80/20 and that perfection is a fun and iterative process
  • Are a frequent, concise and captivating communicator with solid writing skills. You thrive in keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and engaged. You have an ability to express your ideas also to a technical audience
  • Understand design thinking and inclusion from discovery to delivery to success measurement
  • Fluent in English (C1)
