Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions
- Define product outcomes, establish success metrics, and monitor progress to achieve business goals
- Partner with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and deploy scalable data solutions
- Lead consulting engagements and support presales activities, showcasing data analytics expertise
- Manage the product backlog to align data solutions with strategic roadmap and customer expectations
- Conduct regular data quality and availability reviews to identify and address any gaps
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the data analytics field and integrate new knowledge into projects
- Facilitate data integration and processing efforts to ensure availability of clean, actionable data for decision-making
- Communicate insights and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of data architecture and lifecycle, with the ability to design impactful data products
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions like data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting tools
- Proficient in SQL and Python coding
- Expertise in cloud technologies including AWS, Azure or GCP
- Background in leading and managing data projects with a focus on delivering business value
- Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for simplifying complex problems and communicating solutions effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and achieve shared goals
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects
- Fluency in English (C1 level), with outstanding communication skills
