We're seeking a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll transform raw data into strategic insights that drive our business decisions. You'll collect, analyze, and interpret data, develop visualization dashboards, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Collect and clean data from various sources (GSheets proficiency is a plus)
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement data visualization dashboards and reports
  • Communicate data insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address data-driven challenges
  • Design and engineer data solutions using SQL to build robust and scalable scripts and workflows that automate data collection, enrichment, and delivery
  • Work independently to identify and solve problems, and collaborate effectively within a team to develop comprehensive solutions
  • Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, such as statistics, machine learning, and data mining
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Plx, GSheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify bugs/errors and troubleshoot independently
Nice to have
  • Experience with additional data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or role
