We are seeking a Contract and Business Operations Specialist to oversee complex contracts, ensure compliance, optimize budgets, and spearhead improvements in our business operations at our innovative IT company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate the development of complex contracts while ensuring compliance
  • Develop and streamline onboarding processes in coordination with various departments
  • Ensure all business processes and contracts comply with relevant laws, conduct audits, and adapt to legal updates
  • Analyze operational data, develop KPIs, and prepare performance and efficiency reports
  • Handle vendor relations, including selection, performance assessment, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate across departments to align business operations with company objectives
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to contracts and business operations

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract management and budget oversight
  • High proficiency in MS Excel other data analysis tools would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
