Responsibilities

• Create pages and edit content in CMS for use on websites using content provided
• Manage content in DAMs and/or PIMs
• Identify improvements that can be made in content management processes
• Create presentations for client workshops and reports on content management status
• Guide other team members with best practices and advice for the project
• Create user guides and training materials and training teams in the use of the solution

• At least 3 years' experience in the use of CMS, PIM, or DAM with large or multinational websites
• 1-year minimum experience working with Contentful management system
• Expert in creating Runbooks/Playbooks for content management
• Proven history of creating training materials for content management
• Experience working across multiple tasks in parallel with deadlines
• Practical knowledge of HTML
• Proactive self-starter not afraid to ask the right questions
• Strong understanding of delivery and service to customers
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Eye for detail and accuracy
