- Create pages and edit content in CMS for use on websites using content provided
- Manage content in DAMs and/or PIMs
- Identify improvements that can be made in content management processes
- Create presentations for client workshops and reports on content management status
- Guide other team members with best practices and advice for the project
- Create user guides and training materials and training teams in the use of the solution
- At least 3 years' experience in the use of CMS, PIM, or DAM with large or multinational websites
- 1-year minimum experience working with Contentful management system
- Expert in creating Runbooks/Playbooks for content management
- Proven history of creating training materials for content management
- Experience working across multiple tasks in parallel with deadlines
- Practical knowledge of HTML
- Proactive self-starter not afraid to ask the right questions
- Strong understanding of delivery and service to customers
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Eye for detail and accuracy

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations.
