Responsibilities

Develop and analyze large datasets to support business decisions
Design and build dashboards and reports (recurring and ad-hoc)
Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations
Conduct market research and data collection
Collaborate across various functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
Handle global special projects as needed
Create knowledge base materials and conduct training sessions

Proven experience in compensation, payroll, workforce planning and analysis, human resources, finance, or related fields
Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables)
Strong results-driven orientation with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and take ownership
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)

Nice to have

Experience with BI tools for automated reporting and dashboards
Knowledge of VBA, SQL, R programming languages
Proficiency in PowerPoint
