Communications Specialist

We are searching for a creative and dedicated Communication Specialist to join our team, with a clear focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation both internally and externally, focusing primarily on digital and online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for employer branding related (external and internal) communications for EPAM Romania. The successful candidate will be an excellent storyteller and communicator, passionate about technology, and possess creative thinking abilities. The candidate will work closely with the CEE Employer Branding teams, EMEA HR teams and the global Talent Marketing organization. Their role will ensure our brand awareness is maintained and brand affinity is grown by creating innovative ways to attract prospective and existing employees.

• Drive communication with a special focus on social media, content generation, internal communication and creating visuals
• Enhance EPAM's employer branding in alignment with the company's core values, while also considering local characteristics
• Devise comprehensive plans for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ensuring the content aligns with company's brand identity and objectives
• Manage both organic and paid campaigns, track their performance
• Generate engaging content including articles, blog posts that reflect our brand's voice in EPAM Romania
• Champion internal communications initiatives; create and disseminate newsletters, internal posts to staff to keep everyone updated about company news
• Develop rich visual content like reels, photos, videos, infographics, and more to enhance our brand image
• Provide support in the organisation of various events such as meetups, tech conferences, among others to promote the company's brand
• Participate in global/regional EPAM working groups across various areas such as internal communication, community engagement, talent acquisition marketing, etc

• Proficiency in communication in both English and Romanian and strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional content writing skills, with an ability to produce engaging, error-free content
• Designer skills, familiar with tools like Canva and/or Figma
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants, and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Adaptability and flexibility in quickly changing environments
• Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
• Understanding of the IT-industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into mass communication
• Openness, creative skills, and ability to think out of the box
• Native Romanian
• High Level of written and spoken English
