We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales & Transformation Consultant to join our team.
This role will be critical in supporting our client engagements by developing and presenting pre-sales materials, collaborating with internal practices to craft optimal solutions, and leading the discovery and project planning phases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and deep experience in the insurance industry, coupled with a proven track record in managing transformation projects involving cloud, mainframe, and data migration.

Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support: Develop compelling pre-sales presentations and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Solution Development: Work closely with internal practices to create optimal solutions based on client needs, drawing upon expertise in cloud, mainframe, and data migration
- SOW Drafting & Engagement Planning: Assist in drafting Statements of Work and create detailed engagement plans to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope and deliverables
- Project Discovery & IT Transition: Lead project discovery efforts, converting insights into actionable IT projects, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
- Client Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively
- Risk Mitigation & Solution Enablement: Identify potential project challenges proactively, enabling the team to devise effective solutions to address client issues

- Extensive experience working within the insurance industry & it's Industry-specific challenges and opportunities (5 Years)
- Proven history leading transformation projects across multiple cloud, mainframe, and data migration initiatives
- Familiar with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of legacy system transformation and data migration
- Hands-on experience with mainframe decommissioning and modern cloud architecture
- Ability to present solutions and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders
- Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying challenges and creating solutions in high-complexity environments
- Familiarity with insurance-specific data structures and compliance requirements
- Comfortable with agile project management and best practices in IT transformation
