Responsibilities
- Design and architect data integration solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, focusing on data cleansing, deduplication, matching rules, and enrichment
- Provide technical leadership in data modeling, quality checks, cleansing techniques, and governance on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, defining data quality metrics
- Develop, maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing using Salesforce Data Cloud APIs and tools
- Implement processes to monitor, identify, and address data quality issues in collaboration with data stewards
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Lead the rollout of solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for improved data insights and business intelligence
- Mentor junior data engineers and developers on best practices and techniques within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem
- Regularly assess the performance of data processes and pipelines, recommending solutions for enhancement
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including understanding of its features, APIs, data modeling, and integration capabilities
- 1+ years of pertinent leadership experience
- Experience with data engineering practices including ETL, data warehousing, and data quality management
- Capability to utilize programming languages such as SQL and familiarity with Apex for Salesforce integrations
- Ability to derive technical specifications from business requirements and craft tailored data-driven solutions
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Knowledge of SQL and Apex within Salesforce contexts
