Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and training of machine learning models using Google's AI stack, including AI Agent Studio, Gemini, and Vertex AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions like enhancing sales team efficiency through an AI assistant and maintaining a dynamic document base analyzer
- Steer the integration process of trained machine learning models into the existing toolset, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
- Supervise and guide the writing of clean, efficient code in Python, with proficiency in Java being highly beneficial, to assist model integration and deployment
- Direct the continuous evaluation and enhancement of model performance to meet and surpass business requirements
- Champion innovation by keeping the team updated with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and methodologies

- 7+ years of experience in ML/AI Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience (team up to 10 FTEs)
- Extensive experience in training, deploying, and managing machine learning models using Google's AI stack (AI Agent Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI)
- Advanced programming skills in Python with strong experience in Java
- Strong background in leading the integration of ML models into complex software environments and toolsets
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
- Superior communication skills with proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
